Household chemical products of proper quality are not eligible for exchange or return in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
A return or replacement is possible in cases where the customer receives a defective product, a damaged product, a product with packaging damaged due to the carrier or seller, an expired product, or a product that does not match the order.
